Who are we?

Our Office is located in Turrialba, Cartago. We are a company ready to help you with your real estate investment in CR. We have access to properties all over the country since we are part of the Camara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raices (CCCBR) and have contact with all its members. Being part of the Camara also gives us credibility and makes us trustworthy.

We are the mix of 2 cultures since Kirk is an USA native and Karla a Costa Rica native so we can understand you much better because of this.

Karla has lived her whole life in Turrialba so she knows the town very well and has grown with it. Kirk has lived in the country for the last 12 years and both of them have experience on dealing direct with clients because of their adventure tourism background.

They both continue going to different seminaries in the CCCBR to stay in contact with the Camara and to keep up with the new things in the Real Estate area.

What do we do?

We take care of showing you the best properties and deals according to your needs. We also make it easier on your transactions.   We advise you on your investments based on your needs and what you expect out of them. Can help you to understand the law here and what you need to do in order to get everything legal in your purchasing or selling of properties. We help you meet your expectations on the final purchasing of a property. Either if it's to live on it or if it's to develop for a project.

We'll point you into the right direction in order to find your dream home or property. At the same time you we can show you the country and the adventurous side of it in case you want to take a vacation/investment trip.
